Hyacinth and Heather Farm and Rabbitry is a holistic and sustainable farming project started by Jacinta Kroner in New York’s Hudson Valley. We focus on breeding American Chinchilla rabbits, farm fresh eggs and organically growing multiple varieties of cut flowers.
